How does the escrow system work?
When a brand places an order, payment is held securely by ClipHire. The creator sees the funds are locked in, so they start work with confidence. Once the brand approves the content, funds are released to the creator within 24 hours.
When do creators get paid?
Creators receive payment within 24 hours of the brand approving their content. Payments are sent directly to your bank account or PayPal — whichever you prefer.
What is the 12% commission?
ClipHire takes 12% of the deal value from the brand side on completed orders. Creators keep 100% of their listed price — the commission is added on top for brands.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, anytime. There's no lock-in. Cancel your Pro subscription and you'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, then move back to the Free plan.
How are creators vetted?
Every creator goes through an application review — we check their portfolio, verify their social accounts, and review their engagement metrics. We only approve creators who meet our quality standards.
What if I'm unhappy with the content?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. If after revisions you're still unhappy, our dispute resolution team will review the case and issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.
